Notice of Infringement

To submit a notice of infringement, you must provide a written communication (by fax, email, or physical mail) that sets out the items specified below:

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed unfairly, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must contain:

• A description of the content that was removed and its original location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error.
• Your contact details.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Take Down Procedure

On receipt of a proper notice of infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the content provider implicated by the removal or disabling of access.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, it is SZERET HIRDET LTD’s policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, when appropriate.
